Antonio Johnson

Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Antonio Johnson is the founder, President and CEO, and sole owner of GlobalKynect Solutions (GKS). Mr. Johnson is responsible for managing GlobalKynect Solutions client accounts, profitability, and growth, and the development of staff as well as the overall strategic direction of the organization.

Mr. Johnson served as a U.S. Army Senior Officer for 23+ years. As a combat veteran, he has held numerous assignments including being a member of the U.S. Army Inspector General Intelligence Oversight Division, and a voting member on a NATO baseboard planning committee, as well as providing oversight on Kandahar Airfield infrastructure projects. In these positions, he has had experience with conducting systemic and regulatory inspections of programs including information, physical, personnel, technical and industrial security, threat reporting and awareness, operations security and information assurance. He has analyzed security and intelligence oversight trends, as well as overseeing $100 million in infrastructure projects; the development of a strategic plan to deploy an additional 30,000 U.S. troops into Afghanistan; and the construction of a $60 million Division Headquarters in a combat zone.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Savannah State University and has extensive experience in intelligence operations, information assurance, industrial security, exercise planning, large-scale project management, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance integration, international/regional experience, training and development, recruiting, investigations, and management.

Eric Shaw

Chief of Operations (COO)

Mr. Eric Shaw serves as the COO of GKS. He is responsible for designing and implementing business operations, establishing the policies that promote the company’s culture and vision, overseeing corporate operations, and managing the workforce.

As a retired and highly decorated combat veteran, Mr. Shaw served over 23 years as a U.S. Army Senior Officer. The variety of management positions he has held throughout his career include leading one of the first teams that oversaw the long-term disaster recovery efforts for the citizens and businesses throughout the U.S. Virgins Islands and Puerto Rico impacted by Hurricane Maria. He assisted with the development and implementation of training plans and guidelines for combatant commands around the World. As a U.S. Joint Forces Command staff member, Mr. Shaw served as the lead planner that oversaw the deployment of over 2,300 soldiers and 1,700 pieces of equipment to Iraq, directing coordination efforts among numerous federal, state, and local agencies that implemented air, sea, and ground transportation of all personnel and equipment.

 

Mr. Shaw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Fort Valley State University and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. He has in-depth experience in strategic and operational planning, exercise planning, program management, logistical management and services, full spectrum deployment operations, disaster assistance operations within and outside the contiguous U.S., and human capital resource management.

Steve Ware

Vice President of Strategic Operations

Mr. Ware serves as GKS's Vice President of Strategic Operations. He is responsible for overseeing GKS's corporate business operations in the pursuit of strategic goals and objectives.

Additionally, he provides leadership and guidance to GKS's Strategic Business Development Unit in pursuit of company growth objectives. As a retired U.S. Army senior logistics officer with 20 years of service, Mr. Ware has held high-profile leadership and management positions. As an International Staff Integrator for the Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Staff, Pentagon, he served as the Project Lead for a Deputy Secretary of Defense working group responsible for the timely delivery of over $4B of force protection equipment to Central Command Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Mr. Ware also supported a Distributed Common Ground Systems – Army (DCGS-A) contract integrating the Joint Intelligence Operations Center-Iraq (JIOC-I) into the DCGS-A program. He served as a business development vice president overseeing three business units; as an executive vice president responsible for developing strategic planning process; and as a corporate chief of staff, where he oversaw corporate operations, including human resources, accounting, contracts, and security. He was pivotal in growing an organization from one project with three employees to more than twenty projects with 250+ employees with revenues of than $40M.

Mr. Ware earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and a Master of Arts from Webster University. He is experienced in leadership, team building, communication, organizational skills, strategic planning, and corporate operations.
